The 6 Consistency Principles

One Core Message

Every week, one core LinkedIn insight. Everything else is an adaptation — not separate content.

Voice, Not Format

Brand voice stays constant. What changes is length, format and hook style — never the personality.

Repurpose Up

Write long then cut short. LinkedIn to X thread to Instagram caption to TikTok script.

Batch and Schedule

Write one week of content in one sitting. Use the Studio to adapt, then schedule via Buffer.

Engagement Window

First 60 minutes after posting are critical. Be available to reply — algorithms reward early velocity.

Measure Weekly

Check analytics weekly, not daily. Track reach, saves, link clicks — not just impressions alone.

Your Weekly Content System

Follow this sequence every week. It takes roughly 3–4 hours total when batched together. Each phase feeds directly into the next — nothing is wasted.

1
Monday — Intelligence & Strategy
~45 min · Sets the direction for your entire week
AI-Powered
STEP 1.1
Run the Researcher
Pick Pain Points or Trends mode. Select your industry and sources. Run it — get 5 findings with evidence and content angles.
✦ Claude AI
STEP 1.2
Pick your week's core topic
From the Researcher findings, choose ONE angle that feels most urgent and relevant. Hit "Send to Studio" — this becomes your week's anchor post.
✦ Claude AI Researcher → Studio
STEP 1.3
Validate with the Strategist (if new idea)
For any new initiative or content series, run it through the No-BS Test or KPI Planner first. Catch bad assumptions before you invest time writing.
✦ Claude AI
STEP 1.4
Check your Targets from last week
Open Targets. See what you hit and what you missed. Reset the week. Use this to decide how much content you need to batch today.
Manual
Monday goal: You leave with ONE clear topic, a validated angle, and your weekly targets reset. Everything else flows from this.
2
Tuesday — Write Your Anchor Post
~60 min · The most important piece of content you'll produce this week
AI-Powered
STEP 2.1
Build your brief in Copywriter
Open Copywriter → Step 1. Set format to "LinkedIn Post". Fill in your topic, what the audience believes, what you want them to believe, and your proof point (story, stat, or experience).
✦ Claude AI
STEP 2.2
Generate and choose your hook
Go to Step 2. Generate 6 hooks. Read each one out loud. Pick the one that would stop YOU from scrolling if a competitor posted it. Click to select it.
✦ Claude AI Copywriter Step 2
STEP 2.3
Build the outline
Go to Step 3. Choose your framework — PAS works well for LinkedIn. Build the outline. Review each section — edit anything that doesn't feel like your real experience.
✦ Claude AI Copywriter Step 3
STEP 2.4
Write the full draft — then edit it
Go to Step 4. Generate the full draft. Read the editor's note. Now edit: add your own voice, inject a specific story or number, and make sure the CTA is direct and clear. This is your best post this week.
✦ Claude AI Copywriter Step 4
Tuesday goal: One polished LinkedIn anchor post in your hands — written with your voice, not a generic AI post. This is the post everything else this week gets adapted from.
3
Tuesday (continued) — Adapt for All Platforms
~30 min · One post becomes 8 platform-ready versions
AI-Powered
STEP 3.1
Send your draft to Content Studio
In Copywriter Step 4, click "Send to Studio". Your draft appears in the Content Studio write panel. Review it one more time before adapting.
Copywriter → Studio
STEP 3.2
Select your platforms and tone
In Content Studio Step 2, select all the platforms you're active on this week. Choose your tone. Deselect any platform you're not posting on — don't create content you won't use.
Manual selection Studio Step 2
STEP 3.3
Adapt for all platforms
Hit "Adapt for All Platforms". Claude rewrites your anchor post for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Email, and Newsletter — each with the right format, length, and tone for that platform.
✦ Claude AI Studio Step 2
STEP 3.4
Review, copy, and save to OneDrive
Read each adapted version. Edit anything that sounds off. Copy each post to your scheduler (Buffer/Hootsuite). Save the full session to OneDrive for your records.
Buffer / Hootsuite OneDrive
Output: 8 platform-ready posts from one anchor piece. You now have your full week of content ready to schedule — in roughly 30 minutes.
4
Wednesday — Schedule & Plan
~20 min · Get the week locked in so execution is on autopilot
Manual
STEP 4.1
Schedule posts in Buffer
Paste each platform post into Buffer (or your scheduler). Set optimal posting times: LinkedIn Tue–Thu 8–10am, X daily 8–10am + 6–9pm, Instagram Mon–Fri 11am. Schedule the full week in one sitting.
Buffer / Hootsuite
STEP 4.2
Add posts to your Calendar
Open the Calendar tab. Add each post to its day — platform, topic, and status (Scheduled). This gives you a visual of the week and makes it easy to spot gaps.
Manual
STEP 4.3
Design your visuals (if needed)
For Instagram carousels or LinkedIn graphics, open Canva. Use your adapted caption as the slide text. Keep it branded — same fonts, colours, and LCO Group logo on every slide.
Canva CapCut (video)
STEP 4.4
Generate a lead magnet (monthly)
Once a month, go to Copywriter Step 5 and generate a lead magnet from your best post of the month. This becomes a downloadable resource you promote across all platforms to build your contact list.
✦ Claude AI
Wednesday goal: Every post is scheduled, every visual is ready, and your calendar is filled. The rest of the week is execution — not planning.
5
Daily (Thu–Fri) — Engage & Respond
~15 min/day · The 60-minute engagement window is where algorithms decide your reach
Manual
STEP 5.1
Engage in the first 60 minutes
When a post goes live, be available for the first hour. Reply to every comment — even a "Thanks for sharing this." LinkedIn's algorithm uses early engagement velocity to decide how many people see your post.
LinkedIn / X native
STEP 5.2
Comment on 5 posts in your niche
Each day, leave 5 genuine, substantive comments on posts from engineers, developers, lenders, or construction professionals. This is how you get discovered by people who don't follow you yet.
LinkedIn / X native
STEP 5.3
Mark your Targets
After each post or activity, open Targets and mark it done. Seeing the progress bar move keeps you accountable and shows you exactly where you stand against your weekly goals.
Manual
STEP 5.4
Add interested contacts
If someone engages meaningfully with your content — a banker, developer, or engineer who comments or DMs — add them to your Contacts list with a tag. This builds your outreach list for when you're ready to send directly.
Manual
Daily habit: 15 minutes of genuine engagement beats 2 hours of content creation for building real reach. Show up in the comments, not just in the feed.
6
Friday — Review & Improve
~20 min · Weekly review that compounds your results over time
AI + Manual
STEP 6.1
Check analytics on each platform
Look at reach, saves, comments, and link clicks for the week — not daily, weekly. Write down the ONE post that performed best and why. This becomes your template for next week.
Native analytics Shield (LinkedIn)
STEP 6.2
Run a KPI check in the Strategist
Once a month, open Strategist → KPI Planner. Update your follower count, leads, and email list. Review whether your targets are realistic. Adjust your strategy if numbers aren't moving.
✦ Claude AI
STEP 6.3
Update your Calendar statuses
Open Calendar. Change all this week's posts from "Scheduled" to "Published". Note any that didn't go out. This keeps your history accurate and makes it easy to spot patterns over months.
Manual
STEP 6.4
Run a Builder Next Steps check (monthly)
Once a month, open Builder → Next Steps. Update your stage and bottleneck. Get a fresh prioritised action plan. This stops you from optimising the wrong things as the business evolves.
✦ Claude AI
Friday goal: You know exactly what worked this week, your calendar is updated, and you have a clear direction for next Monday. The system compounds — every week gets better than the last.
